NLR ONLINE ARCHIVE

Established for forty-five years as the key journal of the intellectual Left, NLR has now digitized all previous issues. The new archive collects together over 2,500 articles contributed, since 1960, by over 1,000 of the world's leading writers and theorists. Its range is unique—covering world politics and the global economy; state powers and protest movements; history, social theory and philosophy; cinema and literature. Use the Archive page to search for an article by author, title or subject, or to search the full text of the archive. Access is free for individual subscribers: just log in with your username and password.

The NLR Online Archive is an invaluable tool for research in a wide range of fields, and contains many course-listed articles. Please ask your librarian to ensure that they have a subscription to the NLR Online Archive: this will mean that all library users have instant access to the articles currently online.

New institutional subscriptions
